Copa Airlines will temporarily suspend all of its operations, starting Sunday, March 22 at 11:59 p.m. until April 21.

The action responds to the 30-day prohibition of international flights in and out of Panama to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus in the country.

Copa, which flies to 80 destinations in 33 countries, will allow affected passengers to change flights without a surcharge for tickets purchased before March 31, 2020 and with a travel date up to June 15, 2020.

“Any unused ticket will retain its value,” the airline said in a statement.
